If you’re looking for insight into how your team is performing, Team Spotlight provides quick metrics related to account coverage and activity. Any Totango user with access to the “Executive Console” can use Team Spotlight to view individual or team activity–whether you’re a manager or an individual contributor.

Depending on your role, you can find even more metrics to reinforce activity among your team, which are available in: Totango’s weekly success update, available to admin roles or by creating your own Totango User segment, available to Global Admins.
