Did you know you can use Totango to run your account review meetings? Check out these common use cases to move your conversations out of spreadsheets and into Totango.

#1: Risk Meetings

Create an account segment in your Detect Risk Bloc, and filter by “Risk Status exists.” Add columns with key data points, such as Last Touch, Risk Reasons, Customer Sentiment, and Success Manager. If your team has data points like License Utilization or other product usage data, you can add those columns as well. Sort the results by key data points, such as Risk Status or Contract Value. Use the All Accounts drop-down to filter by Success Manager or other account role, if you’d like.

As you talk through the accounts with your team, click the Preview Account button to quickly review Key info. You can even add a touchpoint with your risk notes, without leaving the segment. You can also make updates live in the segment, like changing the Risk Status based on updates from any of your team’s stakeholders during the meeting.

As an advanced tip, if you have an active Contributor license, make the segment available to Zoe, and schedule the segment to email key executives weekly with updates, even if they don’t have a Totango license. If they like what they see, consider adding a Viewer license for your key executive stakeholders so they can view this data any time they want!

#2 Portfolio Reviews

Create another account segment in any SuccessBLOC, or in your personal folder. Once again, add columns with the key data points and sort the results to focus on the top accounts or by Success Manager. During the meeting, you can group the accounts on the fly around other data points, such as how many of the accounts are participating as a reference. If you manage a team, use the Timeline view during your 1:1 calls. Add touchpoints or tasks right from this view. Toggle to the Work tab to view and complete any outstanding tasks.
