You can continuously add data to Totango—during your initial installation and at different points as you refine your journey programs. If you already have your customer accounts in Totango, you’re good to go. If you’re ready to expand your data portfolio to bring in even more data, here’s a resource to get you started.

If you’re just exploring, you might still have sample customer data in Totango. If that’s the case, proceed with the next step in setting up your BLOC.  When you’re ready to use your own customer data, try adding a few accounts manually, or visit Customer Data Hub to import from CSV or connect to another data source, like a CRM.
